Send the documents. We arrange a porter or courier and return them the same way — or you send scanned copies and keep the originals with you.

Get your file back. One month first, free, so you can see the work. Then the rest of the year, complete and reconciled.

Offer terms

  1. The introductory rate applies to engagements confirmed on or before 31 August. Our standard rate for the same work is ₹24,999.
  2. ₹7,499 covers one financial year for one business, up to 250 sale and purchase invoices, 1,100 bank statement lines and 250 cash and journal vouchers. Entries beyond these limits are charged additionally, per invoice, per bank line or per voucher, at rates confirmed to you in writing before any work begins.
  3. The free first month covers one calendar month of one business, and carries no obligation to continue.
  4. Document pickup and return is charged separately and quoted with the engagement.
  5. Taxes, where applicable, are charged in addition.
  6. Timelines depend on volume and on the documents being complete when they reach us. A firm date is given with the quote.
  7. We write and reconcile books. We do not carry out audit or certification, and we are not a firm of Chartered Accountants.
